Communities that are not yet playable can be voted toward inclusion.
Any pledged wallet can back a community in the gauntlet, and the counts
are public. Campaigning to get your community in is part of the game.
If your people cannot fill a queue, they were not going to win a wave.

Vote counts are public. Inclusion is the machine's call.

Your community is not listed? That is what the timeline is for. Ask
where they are, loudly.
